- 2 years group certificates and or tax returns
- 2 current pay slips
- Copies of your water and rates notices 100 points of Identification
- Copy of the insurance certificate or policy
- Loan statement for current home loan 12 months
- Statements for credit cards and personal loans for the last 6 months
- A fully completed loan application form

Loan application fee $775
LOAN ESTABLISHMENT FEES can be borrowed in certain circumstances i.e. no money required up front for any loan provided there is sufficient equity in the property to do so. In the even that the amount you were wishing to borrow was say 95% of the loan amount the purchaser would have to add enough money to cover the costs.
