Split Loan

 

A loan may be split into more than one loans either at the time of settlement or after settlement. Universal Home Loans will create separates loans to enable the borrower to split the loan by:

  • Loan Purpose - personal/ business, investment

  • Security - Owner occupied or investment

  • Loan type - variable or fixed
