General information

Unlike banks Universal Home Loans does not have bank branches in which you can make deposits. Universal Home Loans have an agreement with Westpac and can arrange to have a savings account opened for you to assist with your everyday banking needs.

Geographic location

Generally Universal Home Loans will lend in areas that have a permanent population of not less than 10,000 and will lend in any state of Australia excluding the Northern Territory.

Loan Purpose

Loans will be provided to assist with the purchase or refinance of residential property for either owner occupation or investment purposes.

Loan Type

Loans may either be principle and interest or interest only and either fixed rate or variable. We also have a line of credit with an attractive interest rate.

Loan amount

Our minimum loan amount on our line of credit is $10,000.00. All other loans have a minimum of $50,000 with a maximum of $750,000.
